DECLARATION
of 15 December 2017
amending the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and fixing the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 189 (1) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
Basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of the basic compensation for 1 km of driving provided for in Section 157 (4) of the Labour Code shall be at least:
a) single-track vehicles and tricycles 1.10 CZK,
b) passenger road motor vehicles 4.00 CZK.
Disgusting
For each calendar day of business travel, the staff member shall be entitled to the allowance provided for in Article 163 (1) of the Labour Code, at least at the rate of:
a) 78 CZK, if the business trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 119 CZK, if the journey lasts more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 186 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
For each calendar day of business travel, the staff member shall be entitled to the allowance in accordance with Section 176 (1) of the Labour Code,
a) 78 CZK to 93 CZK, if the working trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 119 CZK to 143 CZK, if the journey lasts for more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 186 CZK to 223 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
Average fuel price
The average price per litre of fuel according to § 158 (3) of the Third Labour Code is:
(a) CZK 30.50 for automotive gasoline 95 octane,
b) 32.80 CZK for car gasoline 98 octane,
(c) CZK 29.80 for diesel.
Decree No. 440 / 2016 Coll., amending the basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles and food and determining the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds, is hereby repealed.
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
