amending Act No. 266 / 2006 Coll., on Staff Accident Insurance, as amended, and other related laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to Act No. 266 / 2006 Coll.
Act No. 266 / 2006 Coll., on Staff Accident Insurance, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 306 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 41 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 158 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 282 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 303 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 73 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 375 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 458 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 167 / 2012 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 91, "2013 'is replaced by" 2015' and "2023 'is replaced by" 2025'.
2. in § 92 (1), (2) (b) and (c) and (3) (b) and (c), "2012" is replaced by "2014."
3. in Article 92 (1), (2) (c) and (3) (c), "2013" is replaced by "2015."
4. In Paragraph 94 (1), "2012 'is replaced by" 2014'.
5. In Paragraph 94 (2), "2013 'is replaced by" 2015'.
6. In Section 95, "2012 'is replaced by" 2014' and "2013 'is replaced by" 2015'.
7. In Article 99, "2013 'is replaced by" 2015' and "2016 'is replaced by" 2018'.
Amendment to Act No. 267 / 2006 Coll.
Act No. 267 / 2006 Coll., amending the laws related to the adoption of the Act on the Accident Insurance of Employees, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 306 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 479 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 41 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 282 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 375 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Part 32nd of Article XXXII, "2012 'is replaced by" 2014' and "2013 'is replaced by" 2015'.
2. in Part Three, Article XXXIII, "2013 'is replaced by" 2015';

In Part 60, First Article LXX of Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 282 / 2009 Coll., the number "2013 'is replaced by" 2015'.

In part 7 of Article VII of Act No. 218 / 2007 Coll., amending Act No. 266 / 2006 Coll., on the Accident Insurance of Employees, Act No. 267 / 2006 Coll., on the Amendment to the Law on the Accident Insurance of Employees, Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 585 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2006 Coll., on Life and Existence Minimes, Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on the Budget Rules and on the Amendment to Certain Related Laws (Budget Rules), as amended by Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 282 / 2009 Coll., the Act "2013 'is replaced by" 2015'.

In part 52nd Article LXXXI of Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., on the stabilisation of public budgets, as amended by Act No. 2 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 206 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 282 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 199 / 2010 Coll. and Act No. 366 / 2011 Coll., in point 1 (f), "2013 'is replaced by" 2015'.
Amendment to Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll.
In Article 16 (3) of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 424 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 281 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 24 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 267 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 218 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 282 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 458 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 470 / 2011 Coll., the sentence "2012 'is replaced by" 2014'.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
