DECLARATION
of 4 November 2005
on the issue of commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 450th anniversary of the birth of Nicholas Dachický from Hesla
The Czech National Bank provides for the Czech National Bank in accordance with § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
(1) On the 450th anniversary of the birth of the Renaissance poet and writer Nicholas Dachický of Hesla, commemorative silver two hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as "two hundred crowns") are issued. The coin is shown in the annex to this decree.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) The two-hundred koruna in normal and special design is cut from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of two hundred crowns is 13 g, its diameter is 31 mm and its strength is 2,35 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal version is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special version is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.900 * 13 g *." In the case of stamping of two hundred crowns in normal and special design, the tolerance is 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In the mass, the allowed tolerance is up to 0,26 g and in the silver content is up to 1%.
(1) On the cheek of a two-hundred crown, the name of the state "CZECH REPUBLIC" is in an unclosed copy at the right, bottom and left edge. At the bottom right edge, between the two words of the name of the state is placed in two rows the denomination of the coin with the acronym of the money unit "200 CZK" and on the left the mark of the mint, which drove two hundred crowns. In the middle of the coin field is stylized coat of arms of Nicholas Dachický of Hesla.
(2) On the back of the two hundred crown is a portrait of Mikuláš Dachický from Hesla and around him at the left, upper and right edges of the unclosed copy of "MICULÁTE DACHIC FROM HESLOVA." Initial and end letters of the copy interfere with the bottom of the portrait. At the lower left edge, the years "1555" and "2005" are located over the lower part of the portrait so that the year "2005" is slightly right below the year "1555." The author of the design of the two hundred crown is the academic sculptor Jiří Harcuba, whose initials "H" are placed at the bottom of the two hundred crown left of the letter "O" in the word "HESLOVA."
This Decree takes effect on 7 December 2005.
