on the length of motorways which were in service on 30 June of the calendar year concerned and its percentage change compared to the length of motorways which were in service on 30 June of the immediately preceding calendar year, the amount of the conversion coefficient for the immediately following calendar year and the rate of the time fee referred to in § 21 (3) to (6) of Act No 13 / 1997 Coll., on roads, as amended, applicable in the following calendar year
According to Article 21 (7) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended, the Ministry of Transport states that:
(a) The length of motorways in operation at 30 June 2025 is 1 377,23 km and its percentage change compared to the length of motorways in operation at 30 June 2024 is + 2,8%.
(b) The amendment coefficient for the calendar year 2026 shall be 1,054.
(c) The rate of the time fee for the calendar year 2026 shall be:
1 year 2 570 CZK, 30 day480 CZK, 10 day300 CZK and 1 day 230 CZK.
If a vehicle is in a time charging system using electricity or hydrogen as a fuel in combination with another fuel, if the CO-emission value of the combination operation does not exceed 50 g / km, the rate of the time charge shall be:
1 year 640 CZK, 30 day120 CZK, 10 day70 CZK and 1 day 50 CZK.
If the vehicle is in a time charging system powered by natural gas or biomethane, the rate of the time charge shall be:
1 year 1 280 CZK, 30 day240 CZK, 10 day150 CZK and 1 day 110 CZK.
