DECLARATION
of 21 December 2022
amending Decree No. 193 / 2009 Coll., laying down details of the implementation of the authorised conversion of documents
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 24 (3) of Act No. 300 / 2008 Coll., on electronic acts and authorized conversion of documents, as amended by Act No. 298 / 2016 Coll.:
Decree No. 193 / 2009 Coll., on determining the details of the implementation of the authorised conversion of documents, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (1), the words "the system of public contact points' are replaced by the words" the information system through which the exercise of the public contact points is ensured '.
2. Paragraph 2 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) The converting entity shall accept, upon request, the inputs contained in the data message and issue the outputs contained in the data message through the data storage of the electronic application of the information system through which the performance of the public administration contact points is ensured, accessible in a way that allows remote access."
3. In Annex 1, point 1 (a), the text "300 x 300 'is replaced by" 200'.
4. In Annex 1, point 3, "Document 'is replaced by" Document'.
5. In Annex 1, point 4, the words "PDF (Portable Document Format) version 1.7 and higher 'are replaced by the words" PDF / A (Portable Document Format / Archive) version 2 and higher'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
