DECLARATION
of 12 December 2017
amending Decree No 522 / 2006 Coll., on state professional supervision and controls in road transport, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 41 (2) of Act No. 111 / 1994 Coll., on Road Transport, as amended by Act No. 304 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 150 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 103 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 229 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 194 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 119 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 102 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 64 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 304 / 2017 Coll., for the implementation of § 34 (3) and § 38a (4) of this Act:
Decree No. 522 / 2006 Coll., on state professional supervision and controls in road transport, as amended by Decree No. 39 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 269 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 9 / 2015 Coll. and Decree No. 444 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 3, point 1.1 reads as follows:
"1.1. Number of vehicles stopped for road inspection by road type and country of registration of the vehicle, of which with fault
"
2. In Annex 3, point 1.4:
"1.4. Number of vehicles checked by tachograph type
"
3. In Annex 3, point 1.7:
"1.7. Infringements - Number and type of infringements detected on roads

"
4. Point 2.2 of Annex 3 reads as follows:
"2.2. Infringements - number and type of infringements detected at the premises of carriers

"
5. Annex 9 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 9 to Decree No 522 / 2006 Coll.
"
6. Annex 10 shall read as follows:

This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
