THE LAW
of 6 December 2012
amending Act No. 569 / 1991 Coll., on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 569 / 1991 Coll., on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 546 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 161 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 269 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 95 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 144 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 140 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 45 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 3 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 66 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 178 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 119 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 103.
1. In Paragraph 15, at the end of paragraph 6, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (k) to (q) are added:
"(k) to ensure national co-financing of the Rural Development Programme in 2012 and 2013 of CZK 800 million,
(l) national aid for 2012 and 2013 amounting to CZK 630 million,
(m) for support programmes for the Support and Guarantee Agricultural and Forestry Fund, a. s., in 2012 and 2013 amounting to CZK 330 million,
n) to support forest management to ensure forest liming in 2012 and 2013 at CZK 140 million,
o) to support water management to finance the new programme 129 250 "Construction of ČOV and Water Infrastructure" in 2012 and 2013 in the amount of CZK 100 million,
(p) for national additional payments to direct payments for 2012 of CZK 400 million intended for payment in 2013,
q) for support for land-based modifications aimed at flood prevention in 2012 of CZK 200 million. "
2. In Article 15 (8), "(a) and (g) to (j) 'is replaced by" (a) and (g) to (q)';
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
