DECLARATION

of 17 December 2008

establishing a list of countries whose nationals are entitled to apply for a visa, to issue a long-term or permanent residence permit only to a representative office in the State of which the alien is a citizen or, where appropriate, to issue a travel document of which the alien is the holder or in the State in which the alien is authorised long-term or permanent residence

The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 182 (1) (f) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 382 / 2008 Coll.:

§ 1

The issuing of a visa, long-term or permanent residence permit only at the representative office in the State of which the alien is a citizen or, where applicable, issued by a travel document of which the alien is the holder, or in the State in which the alien is authorised long-term or permanent residence, shall be entitled to apply to the alien who is a national citizen.
