GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 September 2006
fixing, for the purposes of pension insurance, the amount of the general assessment base for 2005 and the amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for 2005 and adjusting the amounts for the determination of the calculation base
The Government orders pursuant to § 17 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 107 paragraph 2 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 353 / 2001 Coll.:
The general assessment basis for 2005 amounts to CZK 18809.
The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for 2005 shall be 1,0707.
The amounts for establishing the calculation basis referred to in Article 15 of Law No 155 / 1995 Coll. and last increased by Decree No 414 / 2005 Coll. are increased as follows:
a) amounts of CZK 9 100 are increased to CZK 9 600,
b) The amount of CZK 21 800 is increased to CZK 23 300.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.
