GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 November 2001
on the visa waiver for holders of diplomatic and travel passports of the Principality of Andorra
The Government orders pursuant to § 181 (a) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 140 / 2001 Coll.:
(1) The holders of diplomatic and travel passports of the Principality of Andorra may enter the territory of the Czech Republic and temporarily reside without a visa for a maximum period of 90 days, unless the purpose of their stay is not to pursue a professional activity.
(2) Holders of valid diplomatic passports of the Principality of Andorra who travel to the Czech Republic as members of a diplomatic mission or consular post to take up their duties may travel and reside in the Czech Republic for the duration of their secondment without a visa. The same rules apply to family members living with persons mentioned in the previous sentence of the common household, provided they also hold valid diplomatic passports of the Principality of Andorra.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2002.
