Federal Ministry of Transport
of 4 September 1992
amending and supplementing Decree No. 127 / 1964 of the Ministry of Transport Coll., on the Urban Transport Regulations, as amended
The Federal Ministry of Transport, pursuant to § 4 (2) of Act No. 51 / 1964 Coll., on Railways, pursuant to § 57 (1) of Act No. 68 / 1979 Coll., on Road Transport and National Postal, and under § 772 of Act No. 40 / 1964 Coll., Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 509 / 1991 Coll.:
The Decree of the Ministry of Transport No. 127 / 1964 Coll., on the Urban Transport Regulations, as amended by Decree No. 151 / 1971 Coll., Decree No. 118 / 1973 Coll., Decree No. 123 / 1979 Coll. and Decree No. 44 / 1985 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The first sentence of Paragraph 18 (2) reads: "A passenger who cannot prove a valid ticket in accordance with paragraph 1 shall pay the fare; the carrier is entitled to continue to require the payment of the amount of 200, - Kčs. ';
2. In Paragraph 18 (2), the following sentence is inserted between the first and second sentences: "However, if a passenger declares that he has a valid time ticket with a monthly or longer period of validity and proves this within the time limit and place specified by the carrier, the carrier is entitled to require only payment of the amount of 30, - Kčs. '
3. In the first sentence of Paragraph 18 (3), the word "time 'shall be deleted, and the second sentence shall read:" Passengers shall pay the fare and the carrier shall be entitled to require the payment of the amount of 200, - Kčs.'.
4. In Article 23 (1), after the semicolon, the text "§ 8 (3) (f) and (g) 'is replaced by" § 8'.
5. Article 30 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) A passenger who has entered through a passage or tour intended for the holder of time tickets or who has entered the space without payment in a manner other than that specified in Paragraph 29 and who has not been declared by a valid time ticket shall pay the fare; the carrier is entitled to continue to require the payment of the amount of 200, - CZK. Paragraph 18 (2) of the second sentence applies mutatis mutandis. The payment of the fare and the amount of 200, - The carrier is entitled to require a passenger who has placed a coin below the corresponding value or other object in the slot of the turnstile. '
6. Paragraph 30 of paragraph 2 shall be deleted and paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
7. In Section 38, the words "and the Economic Code 'are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 1992.
