Pursuant to § 95 (2) and § 123 (1) (a) of the Labour Code (full version No. 52 / 1989 Coll.) in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic issued Decree No. 4 / 1990 of 25 October 1990 concerning on-call time.
The proceeds shall take effect on 1 November 1990 and shall apply to workers of organisations based in the Czech Republic, which are the responsibility of the Ministry of Construction and Construction of the Czech Republic, to workers of local construction organisations within the competence of national committees in the Czech Republic and to those organisations.
The proceeds were published in the Czech MVS News, the amount 23 / 1990 and can be seen in this Ministry and in all organisations within its jurisdiction.
