DECLARATION
of 2 December 2021
amending Decree No. 122 / 2015 Coll., on the method of external marking, service uniforms and special colour design and marking of service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the Police of the Czech Republic and on proving responsibility for the Police of the Czech Republic (on police marking), as amended by Decree No. 362 / 2019 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 4 and § 108 paragraph 4 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic:
Decree No. 122 / 2015 Coll., on the method of external marking, service uniforms and special colour design and marking of service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the Police of the Czech Republic and on proving responsibility for the Police of the Czech Republic (on police marking), as amended by Decree No. 362 / 2019 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), point (c) is replaced by the dot and point (d) is deleted.
2. In Paragraph 3 (1), the words "social uniform 92, service uniform 15 and service uniform 92 'are replaced by the words" uniform'.
3. Paragraph 3 (2) is deleted.
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
4. in Article 4 (1), point (c) shall be deleted;
Points (d) to (k) shall be renumbered (c) to (j).
5. In Paragraph 4 (1) (d), the word "or 'is added at the end of point 1.
6. In Paragraph 4 (1) (d), at the end of point 2, the word "or 'is deleted and point 3 is deleted.
7. in Article 4 (1), points (e) and (f) are deleted;
Points (g) to (j) shall be renumbered as points (e) to (h).
8. in § 5 (1), § 6 (1), first sentence, § 7 (4) and in § 18 (1), first sentence, the words "social uniform 92, service uniform 15 and service uniform 92" shall be replaced by "uniform."
9. In Article 5 (2), the words "social uniform 92 a 'shall be inserted after the words" parts'.
10. in Article 5, paragraph 6 is deleted;
11. in the first sentence of Article 6 (1) and in the first sentence of Article 6 (2), "(e)" is replaced by "(d)."
12. in Article 6 (2), "Staff uniforms 15 and service uniforms 92;" shall be replaced by "uniforms; this."
13. in Article 6, paragraph 3 is deleted;
14. in Article 7, paragraphs 1 and 2 are deleted;
Paragraphs 3 to 6 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 to 4.
15. in Article 11 (1), "(j)" is replaced by "(g)";
16. In the second sentence of Article 12 (1), in the second sentence of Article 13 (1), in the second sentence of Article 14 (1), and in the third sentence of Article 14 (1), the words "emergency line symbol 'are replaced by the words" national emergency number and, where applicable, its symbol'.
17. In Article 16 (1) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "wearing a uniform 'are deleted and the words" wearing a social uniform 92' are inserted after the words "applications'.
18. Paragraph 17 (1) is deleted.
Paragraphs 2 and 3 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 and 2.
19. In Article 17 (1) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "referred to in paragraph 1 'shall be deleted and the words" which he has been authorised to wear' shall be inserted after the words "uniform '.

21. In Annex 2, point 3 is deleted.
Points 4 to 11 shall be renumbered 3 to 10.

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
