DECLARATION
of 18 December 2013
amending Decree No. 398 / 2001 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Coll., on the setting of fees for the activities of state professional supervision organisations in the conduct of safety oversight of reserved technical equipment, as amended by Decree No. 112 / 2005 Coll.
In agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 6a (3) of Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., on State Professional Labour Safety Supervision, as amended by Act No. 124 / 2000 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No 398 / 2001 Coll., on the setting of fees for the activities of state professional surveillance organisations for the supervision of the safety of reserved technical equipment, as amended by Decree No 112 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In point 1, "CZK 1000 'is replaced by" CZK 2,000' and "CZK 750 'is replaced by" CZK 1 250'.
2. In points 2 and 3, "750 CZK 'is replaced by" 1,250 CZK'.
3. In point 4, "CZK 2 000 'is replaced by" CZK 3 000'.
4. In point 5, "500 CZK 'is replaced by" 650 CZK'.
5. In point 6, "100 CZK 'is replaced by" 130 CZK'.
6. In point 7, "CZK 2,600 'is replaced by" CZK 3,400'.
7. In point 8, the amount "CZK 1,200 'is replaced by" CZK 1,600'.
8. in point 9 (a) and (b), "540 CZK" is replaced by "750 CZK";
9. In point 10, "100 CZK 'is replaced by" 200 CZK'.
10. In points 11 and 14, "50 CZK 'is replaced by" 100 CZK'.
11. in point 12 (a), "CZK 3,500" is replaced by "CZK 4,550";
12. In point 12 (b), "CZK 3,000 'is replaced by" CZK 3,900'.
13. In point 12 (c), "CZK 2 150 'is replaced by" CZK 2 750'.
14. in point 12 (d), the amount "CZK 1 610" is replaced by "CZK 2 000";
15. In point 12 (f), "540 CZK" is replaced by "700 CZK."
16. in point 13 (a), "CZK 1,400" is replaced by "CZK 1,800";
17. in point 13 (b), the amount "CZK 1,200" is replaced by "CZK 1,500";
18. In point 13 (c), "CZK 860 'is replaced by" CZK 1 100'.
19. In point 13 (d), "CZK 650" is replaced by "CZK 850."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
