DECLARATION

establishing the list of countries whose nationals are entitled to apply for a green card
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 182 paragraph 1 (e) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 382 / 2008 Coll.:
The issuing of a green card is entitled to ask a stranger who is a national citizen
1. The Australian Community,
2. Montenegro,
3. The Republic of Croatia,
4. Japan,
5. Canada,
6. Republic of Korea,
7. New Zealand,
8. The Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
9. The Republic of Macedonia,
10. United States of America,
11. Serbia,
12. Ukraine.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2009.
