DECLARATION
of 19 December 2024
amending certain regulations in the field of education
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 28 (7), § 71 and § 81 (12) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 179 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 242 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 370 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 82 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 178 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 101 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 284 / 2020 Coll.:
Amendment of Decree No. 13 / 2005 Coll., on secondary education and education in the Conservatory, as amended
In § 15 of Decree No. 13 / 2005 Coll., on Secondary Education and Education in the Conservatory, as amended by Decree No. 374 / 2006 Coll., paragraph 4 reads as follows:
"(4) According to the focus of the field of education and the conditions laid down for the course of education in the framework curriculum, the organisation of the teaching practice or professional practice shall be determined by the principal of the school, in the case of artistic practice, on the basis of a proposal by his / her designated artistic director. ';
Amendment to Decree No. 177 / 2009 Coll., on the Closer Conditions of Termination of Education in Secondary Schools by Graduate Examination, as amended
Decree No. 177 / 2009 Coll., on the Closer Conditions of Termination of Education in Secondary Schools, as amended by Decree No. 90 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 274 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 54 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 273 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 371 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 173 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 214 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 197 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 311 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 243 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 232 / 2018 Coll., Decree No. 405 / 2020 Coll. and Decree No. 530 / 2021 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 14d, the words "which do not have to follow the drawn topic 'shall be added at the end of the text of paragraph 2.
2. In Paragraph 35 (2), the comma at the end of point (b) is replaced by a dot and point (c) is deleted.
3. In Paragraph 36, the sentence "Evaluation of practical examinations in a conservatory with a code name for the category of education achieved M is added at the end of paragraph 2, proposed to the Trial Graduate Board by the teacher of the main field. Evaluation of practical examinations in the fields of education of the Art and Applied Arts Group is proposed by the Trial Graduation Committee, the artistic leader of the field."

Decree No. 3 / 2015 Coll., on certain educational documents, as amended by Decree No. 58 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 300 / 2018 Coll., Decree No. 405 / 2020 Coll., Decree No. 200 / 2021 Coll., Decree No. 530 / 2021 Coll. and Decree No. 432 / 2024 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Annex 5, in the form of the educational document No 5.2, the words "leading educator 'are replaced by the words" teacher'.
2. In the title of Annex 5.3, the words "in selected art 'are replaced by the words" in artistic'.
3. In Annex 5, in the form of the training document No 5.3, the words "leading educator of the main field 'are replaced by the words" artistic head'.
EFFECTIVE
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
