GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 4 December 2013
determining the amount of the care allowance, the amount of allowance, the value of personal donations and the value of the assistance in kind or in cash to a child in educational establishments for the performance of constitutional education or protection education
The Government mandates pursuant to § 41 (2) of Act No. 109 / 2002 Coll., on the performance of constitutional education or protective education in educational establishments and on preventive educational care in educational establishments and on the amendment of other laws, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 476 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 333 / 2012 Coll.:
The amount of the allowance for the payment of care provided to children and dependants in educational establishments for the performance of constitutional education or protection education shall be per calendar month
(a) CZK 1,113 for a child under the age of 6,
b) CZK 1,503 if it is for a child from 6 to 15 years of age,
(c) CZK 1,742, if it is a child aged 15 or not.
Amount of the allowance per calendar month
(a) 40 to 60 CZK if the child is under 6 years of age,
(b) 120 to 180 CZK if the child is between 6 and 10 years of age,
(c) 200 to 300 CZK if the child is between 10 and 15 years of age,
(d) 300 to 450 CZK if it is a child aged 15 years or an uninsured person.
The value of a personal gift for birthday, other normal opportunities and the successful completion of a study shall not exceed:
(a) CZK 1,740 if the child is under 6 years of age,
(b) CZK 2,140 if it is a child aged between 6 and 15,
(c) CZK 2,450, if it is a child aged 15 or not.
The value of the aid in kind or in cash to a child who has ceased his stay in a school establishment for the purpose of performing constitutional education or protection education for the reasons set out in § 24 (5) (b) and (c) of Act No. 109 / 2002 Coll., on the performance of constitutional education or protective education in educational establishments and on preventive education in educational establishments and on the amendment of other laws, as amended, shall not exceed CZK 25,000.
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
