DECLARATION
of 17 December 2008
on the method of external marking, service uniforms and special colour design and marking of service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the Police of the Czech Republic and on proving responsibility for the Police of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 4 and § 108 paragraph 4 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic:

SPECIES AND SAMPLES OF SERVICE STAINERS
§ 1
Types and parts of service uniforms
(1) The service uniforms of the Police of the Czech Republic ("Police") are:
(a) Service uniform 92;
(b) a working uniform of 92,
(c) motorcycle uniform,
(d) uniform castle police,
(e) flight uniform 95,
(f) social uniform.
(2) The uniforms include the accessories of the uniforms and the value marking (1), or the designation of the aeronautical expertise and functions.
(3) The models of service uniforms are shown in Annex 1 to this Decree.
§ 2
Complements of uniforms
(1) The uniform accessories are uniform buttons, trimmings, lamps, embroidery, hat badges, distinguishing badges and highlighting, identification and decorative accessories.
(2) Staff uniforms may be accompanied by a mark of competence for the department, service, competence or degree of procedure.
§ 3
Derogation and designation of aeronautical expertise and functions
(1) On the service uniform 92, the rating marks are placed on the shoulder or on the mat for the rating markings of the relevant components of the uniform.
(2) On the service uniform 92 and on the motorcycle uniform, the rating marking is placed on the mat for the rating marking of the relevant components of the uniform.
(3) On the uniform of the castle police, the rank mark shall be placed on the sleeves or shoulder of the relevant components of the uniform.
(4) On the social uniform, the label is placed on the left sleeve of the relevant components of the uniform.
(5) Aeronautical uniform 95 indicates the aero-competence or function; This marking shall be placed on the sleeves or shoulder of the relevant components of the uniform. When other uniform components are used for the flight uniform 95, the designation of the aviation expertise or functions shall be placed on the shoulder or on the rating plate. Where a member of the police ("the policeman '), who is assigned an air uniform 95, a duty-working uniform 92, bears on the endorsement for the value designation of the relevant components of that uniform an indication of the aviation competence or function; the label is not used in this case.

§ 4
Method of external identification of police
(1) The external designation of the police is:
(a) the sleeve character of the police, which forms a large national emblem of the Czech Republic with the word "POLICIE" in white frame on the dark blue background,
(b) the inscription "POLICE" comprising:
1. yellow letters on a dark ground,
2. silver letters on a dark blue, green or yellow reflective base; or
3. black letters on white background,
(c) the inscription "FOREIGN POLICE" which consists of white letters in light blue frame on a dark ground;
(d) the symbol of the police, which forms a circle symbol with an eight-point star whose circumference is the words "POLICE OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC,"
(e) the identification number constituting:
1. metal plastic design of the police symbol on whose lower edge is a six-digit number,
2. a yellow six-digit number embroidered on a dark cloth substrate; or
3. a two-digit or three-digit metal number on a circular metal support,
(f) the substance character of the castle police with the words "Semper Fidelis,"
(g) the metallic emblem of the castle police with the words "Semper Fidelis,"
h) the character of the protection service, which is circular with the image of a two-tail lion and the text "PROTECTION SERVICE OF THE POLICE OF THE CR" along the perimeter,
(i) a designation for the performance of service abroad and in international exercises in the form of a national flag of the Czech Republic and the inscription "CZECH REPUBLIC,"
(j) sleeve tape "POLICIE," which is
1 white colour with "POLICE 'in black; or
2. blue with white inscription "POLICE,"
(k) the "POLICE" board, which is white and consists of the inscription "POLICE" referred to in (b) (3), the horizontal blue stripe above the inscription and the horizontal blue stripe under the inscription; in the lower lane, the inscription "HELP AND PROTECTION 'may be placed.
(2) The models of the external marking are shown in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Location of the external police designation
§ 5
(1) The sleeve character of the police is placed on the left sleeve of the relevant components of the service uniform 92, the service uniform 92, the motorcycle uniform and the social uniform.
(2) The inscription "POLICE" according to § 4 (b) (1) is placed on the left side of the chest or on the back of the relevant component of the service uniform 92 and on the front of the relevant headgear of the service uniform 92; may also be placed on protective or tactical equipment.
(3) The inscription "POLICE" according to § 4 (b) (2) is placed on the left side of the chest and on the back of the relevant part of the service uniform 92 and on the motorcycle. may also be placed on reflective, protective or tactical devices.
(4) The inscription "POLICE" in accordance with Section 4 (b) (3) may indicate vehicles, vessels and aircraft used in the performance of police tasks and, where appropriate, other material.
(5) The inscription "FOREIGN POLICE" is placed on the left side of the chest of the relevant parts of the uniform of the castle police.
(6) The identification number provided for in Section 4 (e) (1) is placed on the left side of the chest of the relevant part of the service uniform 92, the service uniform 92 and the motorcycle uniform. A police officer serving in civil clothing may place an identification number similar or hang on his neck.
(7) The identification number referred to in § 4 (e) (2) may be placed instead of the identification number referred to in § 4 (e) (1) or together with it on the left side of the chest of the relevant component of the service uniform 92 and the motorcycle uniform; may also be placed on reflective, protective or tactical devices.
(8) The identification number provided for in Section 4 (e) (3) is placed on the right side of the chest of the relevant component of the uniform of the castle police.
§ 6
(1) The fabric character of the castle police with the words "Semper Fidelis" is placed on both sleeves or on the left side of the chest of the relevant component of the uniform of the castle police.
(2) The metal character of the castle police with the words "Semper Fidelis" is located on the left side of the chest of the relevant component of the uniform of the castle police.
(3) The sign of a protective service may be worn by a police officer in the performance of his duties in civil clothing. The sign of the protective service is placed on the left side of the chest or collar of the upper clothing component.
(4) The designation for the performance of the service abroad and in international exercises is placed above the sleeve of the police on the left sleeve of the corresponding components of the service uniform 92 and the service uniform 92; the national flag of the Czech Republic is placed under the inscription "CZECH REPUBLIC."
(5) The sleeve "POLICE" may be used by a police officer in the performance of his duties in civil clothing. The sleeve "POLICE" is visibly placed on the left or right sleeve.
(6) The table "POLICE" refers to the objects in which the police station is based with a permanent public relations service. The "POLICE" board is located in a visible location outside the building near the entrance intended for public entry. The "POLICE 'board may take the form of a light panel.

METHOD OF PROHIBITION
§ 7
Proof of belonging to the police by service pass
(1) A police officer shall present a photo to the front of the service card without issuing it by means of a service card in order to demonstrate his / her competence with the police. A police officer in civil clothing may also prove his / her competence to the police by placing a service card on the left side of his / her chest or hanging on his / her neck in such a way that his / her front is visible.
(2) The model of the service card is shown in Annex 3 to this Order.
§ 8
Evidence of police affiliation by a police employee's ID
(1) A police staff member shall demonstrate his / her competence with the police by means of a police staff member's identification, mutatis mutandis, pursuant to Article 7 (1).
(2) The model of a police employee's licence is shown in Annex 3 to this Order.
§ 9
Proving police affiliation with a police badge
(1) The badge of the police is a badge of the service of the criminal police and investigation, which forms a metal oval of blue with a frame in silver; The upper part of the badge is a plastic symbol of the police, underneath which are three horizontal stripes in state colours and the inscription "SERVICE OF CRIMINAL POLICE AND INVESTIGATION '; there is a five-digit identification number at the bottom of the badge. The pattern of the police badge is shown in Annex 3 to this decree.
(2) The police officer shall present the front of the badge of the police with an identification number without issuing it from his hand for inspection of the police officer's evidence of police affiliation. A police officer in civil clothing may also prove his / her responsibility to the police by placing a police badge on the left side of his chest or hanging on his / her neck in such a way that his / her front is visible.
§ 10
Demonstration of competence of soldiers in active service, members of the Czech Prison Service and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic called for the performance of police tasks
(1) The external designation of a soldier in active service called for the performance of the duties of the police ("soldier"), a member of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and a member of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic called for the performance of the duties of the police ("member") is the sleeve of the "POLICIE" [§ 4 (j)] visibly placed on the left or right sleeve of the uniform soldier and member.
(2) When proving responsibility for the performance of police tasks, a soldier and a member shall present a card for inspection to the front of the licence without giving it away.
(3) The model of the soldier's and member's pass are shown in Annex 3 to this decree.

MODELS OF THE SPECIFIC BAREAL IMPLEMENTATION AND MARKING OF SERVICE VEHICLES, VESSELS AND AIRCRAFT
§ 11
Special colour and marking of police service vehicles
(1) The service vehicle of the police with special colour and marking is a silver colour with a horizontal blue stripe on the sides and on the rear and yellow and blue elements; The service vehicle is marked on the sides with "POLICIE" on a silver background, the front with a symbol of the police and the sign "POLICIA" on a silver background and the back with "POLICIE" on a yellow background. The horizontal stripe may include the inscription "HELP AND PROTECTION 'in the colour of the service vehicle. The emergency line symbol may also be placed on the service vehicle. The special colour and marking may be reflective.
(2) The special colour and marking of the motorcycle and snowmobile are made by combining silver and blue with yellow elements and marking "POLICIE" and the police symbol according to the design of the type of motorcycle or snowmobile.
(3) A police service vehicle which does not have the special colour design provided for in paragraph 1 or 2 may be marked on the front and on the sides by the sign "POLICE" in accordance with § 4 (b) (3). The sign on the front may be replaced by a symbol of the police. For the purposes of exemption from charges for the use of road charges (2) and in the case of a parked vehicle, the marking shall be sufficient by means of this inscription placed behind the windscreen.
(4) The models of the special colour design and marking of police service vehicles and the marking of police service vehicles referred to in paragraph 3 are set out in Annex 4 to this Regulation.
§ 12
Special colour and marking of police service vessels
(1) The service vessel of the police with special colour and marking is a silver colour with a blue stripe on the sides or around the perimeter, blue and yellow elements and the inscription "POLICIE" on the silver background or yellow on the blue background. The special colour and marking may be reflective. The service vessel of the police may bear the inscription "HELP AND PROTECTION ', the emergency line symbol or the police symbol.
(2) A police official vessel which does not have the special colour design provided for in paragraph 1 may be marked on the sides and behind the windscreen with the inscription "POLICE" in accordance with § 4 (b) (3). If such a vessel is anchored, the marking shall be sufficient by means of this inscription placed behind the windscreen.
(3) The models of the special colour design and marking of police service vessels are set out in Annex 4 to this Decree.
§ 13
Special colour and designation of police service aircraft
(1) The service aircraft of the police with special colour and marking is combined with blue and white, or blue and silver, and is marked on the hull or keel surface with a symbol of the national flag of the Czech Republic in the form of a spherical triangle and on the torso or a hernia surface and, where appropriate, on the bottom side, with a mark of nationality consisting of white lined with red letters "OK," white lined with a red dash and a symbol of white lined with red letters "BY" supplemented by an additional letter from the alphabetical series "A" to "Z." On the sides of the hull and, where appropriate, on the underside of the police service aircraft, the inscription "POLICE 'shall bear letters of such colour as to contradict the background colour of the inscription. A sign" HELP AND PROTECTION', an emergency line symbol or a police symbol, or a health symbol, may be placed on the service aircraft of the police.
(2) A police service aircraft which does not have a special colour version as provided for in paragraph 1 may be marked on the sides and, where appropriate, on the underside of the torso by the inscription "POLICE" in a colour which is contrasting with the background colour of the inscription.
(3) The models of the special colour design and designation of police service aircraft are set out in Annex 4 to this Decree.

MODEL OF THE SPECIFIC BAREVAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SIGNIFICANT "POLICE OF THE CR"
§ 14
(1) The belt marked "Police of the Czech Republic" consists of:
(a) alternately white fields with the blue inscription "POLICE OF THE CR" and red fields with the black inscription "ACCESS TO THE SAME,"
b) alternately blue fields with the white inscription "POLICE OF THE CR" and white fields with the blue inscription "ENTERTAINMENT,"
c) alternately blue fields with the black inscription "POLICE of the Czech Republic" and yellow fields with the black inscription "ACCESS OF ZAKZAN"; or
d) alternately yellow fields with black inscription "POLICE of the Czech Republic" and blue fields with black inscription "ACCESS OF ZAKZAN."
(2) The pattern of the belt marked "Police of the Czech Republic" is shown in Annex 4 to this decree.

NOTIFICATION OF THE SERVICE STATUS BY FORMER POLICE
§ 15
(1) The Police President may authorise the wearing of a uniform of service to a former police officer on the basis of his written request if the former officer has been in an indefinite service and his service has ended
(a) release on grounds of:
1. long-term medical fitness to perform services3),
2. withdrawal of physical fitness certificates or proficiency certificates (4); or
3. Own applications 5), or
(b) by completion of the age specified (6).
(2) The Police President may withdraw the authorisation referred to in paragraph 1 if wearing a uniform of service to a former police officer would harm the good name of the police.
§ 16
(1) A former officer who has been authorised to wear a uniform shall be entitled to wear a type of uniform according to the post where he was last registered. The Police President may authorise the wearing of another type of uniform if the former officer wore it during the course of the service. An ex-cop can't wear a motorcycle uniform.
(2) The former officer referred to in paragraph 1 may wear a uniform of service on appropriate occasions, in particular when:
(a) ceremonial and social opportunities;
(b) piety acts; or
(c) the major events of his personal life.
(3) If the former policeman does not have the relevant uniform components or accessories in his possession from the service, the police shall provide them for payment; This also applies to the replacement of the uniform and its accessories.
§ 17
(1) On a service uniform worn by a former police officer, the designation of a former police officer shall be:
(a) a service uniform of 92, a service uniform of 92 and a social uniform on the left sleeve, instead of a police sleeve sign;
(b) the flight uniform 95 on the left sleeve of the components concerned.
At the same time, the castle police don't wear the designation of a former police officer.
(2) The service uniform worn by the former policeman shall not bear the identification number or the removable sign "POLICE 'in accordance with § 4 (b) (1).
(3) An official uniform worn by an ex-policeman shall bear a mark of rank or an indication of the aviation expertise or function according to the highest rating, rank or aviation competence or function achieved by the former officer during the service.
(4) The model of the designation of the former police officer is shown in Annex 5 to this Decree.

ČÁST SEDMÁ

TRANSITIONAL AND REPEAL PROVISIONS
§ 18
Transitional provisions
(1) A motorcycle uniform shall also be considered to be a uniform in accordance with the earlier provisions. The location of the value designation and the external designation of the police on this uniform shall be governed by the existing rules. This uniform may be used by 31 December 2012 at the latest.
(2) Until 31 December 2012, components which are not shown in Annex 1 to this Decree may be used for service uniform 92 and for service uniform 92, provided that they are components of such uniforms according to the earlier regulations.

(4) Until 31 December 2012, the table "POLICIE 'may be used in accordance with Decree No 14 / 2008 Coll.
(5) Until 31 December 2012, a belt marked "POLICE of the Czech Republic" may be used consisting of alternately white fields with the green inscription "POLICE of the Czech Republic" and red fields with the black inscription "ACCESS OF ZAKAZAN."
(6) Until 31 December 2018, service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the police may be used with special colour design and marking according to Decree No. 14 / 2008 Coll.
§ 19
Repeal
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 14 / 2008 Coll., on the method of external marking, badges, models of service uniforms and special colour design and marking of service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the Police of the Czech Republic and on proving belonging to the Police of the Czech Republic,
2nd Decree No. 103 / 2008 Coll., amending Decree No. 14 / 2008 Coll., on the method of external marking, badges, models of service uniforms and special colour design and marking of service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the Police of the Czech Republic and on proving belonging to the Police of the Czech Republic.
§ 20
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2009.
