of 23 February 2024
on the approval of Update No 7 of the Regional Development Policy of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Local Development in accordance with the provisions of § 31 (3) of Act No. 183 / 2006 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended, in conjunction with § 334a (2) of Act No. 283 / 2021 Coll., Construction Act, as amended, states that the Government approved Updating No. 7 of the Regional Development Policy of the Czech Republic by its Resolution of 7 February 2024 No. 89.
