DECLARATION
of 5 February 2021
laying down the activities which may be carried out by a doctor without professional supervision after obtaining a certificate of completion of the basic strain of anaesthesiologic
According to § 37 (1) (k) for the implementation of § 4 (4) (a) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the pursuit of the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 67 / 2017 Coll.:
After obtaining a certificate of completion of the baseline anaesthesiological strain without professional supervision, the doctor may:
(a) indicate medicinal products and medical devices except radiopharmaceuticals and cytostatics;
(b) carry out a pre-danesthetic examination of patients at anaesthesiological risk according to the class ASA at stages I and II, risk assessment, prepare the patient for surgery, establish a plan of anaesthesiological care,
(c) indicate the extent of post-operative monitoring and determine the target department of acute bed care standard or adequate acute bed care intensive;
d) implement peripheral venous catheter, nasogastric probe, permanent urinary catheter, arterial catheter, central venous catheter,
(e) conduct airway provision by tracheal intubation or by introducing a supergallic device;
(f) to administer total seditious or regional anaesthesia for planned diagnostic and therapeutic performance in adult patients at anaesthesiological risk according to ASA grades I and II,
(g) ensure and treat the patient during the post-operative period, including systemic and regional analgesia;
(h) to carry out the primary provision of patients with sudden failure of life function or of patients at risk of such failure, including the provision of necessary consiliary cooperation and indication of the initiation of organ support;
(i) to diagnose and treat essential environmental disorders and, where appropriate, to provide nutritional support;
j) to diagnose and treat the most common infectious conditions in intensive care;
(k) perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation including defibrillation or cardioversion to patients in all age groups, providing post-resuscitation care in adults.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 2021.
