amending Act No 166 / 1993 Coll., on the Supreme Audit Office, as amended, and Act No 412 / 2005 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on security competence, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Supreme Audit Office Act
In Article 46 of Act No. 166 / 1993 Coll., on the Supreme Audit Office, as amended by Act No. 78 / 2015 Coll., the present text is renumbered as paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) The provision of remuneration and remuneration from work agreements outside the employment relationship of the staff of the Office shall be governed by the Labour Code and the Office's Rules of Procedure. The Rules of Procedure of the Office shall be issued by the President of the Office after its approval by the Budget Committee of the Chamber of Deputies. '.
Transitional provision
Article 46 (2) of Act No. 166 / 1993 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of the Act, shall apply for the first time for the financial year 2021. Pending the issue of the Office's Conditions of Employment under this Act, the provision of remuneration and remuneration from work agreements outside the employment relationship of the Office's staff shall be governed by existing legislation.
Amendment to the Act on the protection of classified information and on security competence
In Section 136 of Act No. 412 / 2005 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on security competence, as amended by Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll., the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The provision of remuneration and remuneration from work agreements outside the employment relationship of the staff of the Office shall be governed by the Labour Code and the Rules of Procedure of the Office. The Rules of Payment of the Office shall be issued by the Director of the Office after its approval by the Budget Committee of the Chamber of Deputies. '.
Transitional provision
The procedure under Section 136 (4) of Act No. 412 / 2005 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Act, shall apply for the first time for the financial year 2021. Pending the issue of the Office's Conditions of Employment under this Act, the provision of remuneration and remuneration from work agreements outside the employment relationship of the Office's staff shall be governed by existing legislation.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2020.
