amending Act No 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Education Act

In the first sentence of Paragraph 47 (1), the first sentence is: "A municipality, a municipality, a county and a registered church and a religious society which has been granted the right to exercise a special right to establish church schools6) may establish preparatory classes of primary school for children in the last year prior to the start of compulsory schooling, which are presumed to compensate for their development, preferably children who have been allowed to postpone compulsory schooling."

This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
