amending Government Regulation No 463 / 2013 Coll., on substance lists, as amended by Government Regulation No 243 / 2015 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 44c (1) of Act No. 167 / 1998 Coll., on addictive substances and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 273 / 2013 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 463 / 2013 Coll., on substance lists, as amended by Government Regulation No. 243 / 2015 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the table in Annex No 3, the word "Desomorphine 'is inserted above the line in the column headed" Acryloylfentanyl' in the Czech language, with the word "Desomorphine 'in the column headed" International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language' and the word "Acryloylfentanyl 'in the column entitled" Chemical name according to IUPAC' in the column entitled "N-phenyl-N- [1- (2-phenylethyl) piperidin-4-yl] prop- 2-enamide '.
2. In the table in Annex No 3, the word "Acryloylfentanyl 'is inserted above the line in the column entitled" International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language', and in the column entitled "Chemical name according to IUPAC ', the word" N-phenylN- [1- (2-phenylethyl) -4-piperidinyl] acetamide' is inserted.
3. Annex 4 shall read as follows:

Including stereoisomers of psychotropic substances, except for the explicit exceptions listed in this list in all cases where such stereoisomers may exist according to the specific chemical designation and salts of psychotropic substances listed in this list in all cases where they may exist. ';
4. In the table in Annex 5, the word "Fenmetrazine 'is inserted under the line in the column headed" International Non-Proprietary Name (INN) in the Czech language' and the word "IUPAC Chemical Name 'in the column entitled" 1-phenyl-2-methylpropan-2-amine' in the column entitled "International Non-Proprietary Name (INN) '.
5. In the table in Annex 5, the word "Levmetamfetamine 'is inserted under the line in the column entitled" International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language', the word "Levmetamfetamine 'is inserted under the line in the column entitled" International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language', and in the column entitled "Chemical name according to IUPAC 'the word" (2S) -2,6-diaminoN- [(2S) -1-phenylpropan-2-yl] hexanamide' is inserted.
6. In the table in Annex No 7, the word "Ethylloflazepate 'is inserted below the line in the column headed" International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language', and in the column entitled "Chemical name according to IUPAC ', the word" 7- bromo5- (2- chlorophenyl) -1,3-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one' is inserted.
7. In the table in Annex No 7, the row in the column entitled "International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language 'contains the word" Fentermin' and in the column entitled "Chemical name according to IUPAC 'contains the word" 2-phenyl-1,1-dimethylethylamine' is deleted.
This Regulation has been notified in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015 / 1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 September 2015 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical and information society services.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
