DECLARATION
of 18 March 2014
amending Decree No 54 / 2004 Coll., on foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses and their method of use, as amended
According to Article 19 (1) (a) and (i) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 306 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 146 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 120 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 54 / 2004 Coll., on foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses and their method of use, as amended by Decree No. 402 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 473 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 157 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 35 / 2012 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the sentence "Commission Directive 2013 / 46 / EU of 28 August 2013 amending Directive 2006 / 141 / EC as regards protein requirements for infant formulae and follow-on formulae 'is added.
2. At the end of footnote 1a, the sentence "Commission Regulation (EC) No 1243 / 2008 of 12 December 2008 amending Annexes III and VI to Directive 2006 / 141 / EC as regards the compositional requirements of certain infant formulae is added. '
3. in Article 6 (1) (a) and (b), the words "or goat" shall be inserted after the words "cow."
4. In Annex 1, in the titles of points 2.1, 2.1.1, 2.3, 10.1, 10.2 and in the column of the table "Note ', the words" or goat' are inserted after the word "cow '.
5. In Annex 2, points 2.1, 2.3, 8.1 and 8.2 are inserted after the word "cow '.
6. In Annex 2, point 2.2, in the second column, "0,56 g / 100 kJ (2,25 g / 100 kcal) 'is replaced by" 0,45 g / 100 kJ (1,80 g / 100 kcal)'.
7. In Annex 2, the following entry 2.2.1 is inserted after point 2.2:
| „2.2.1 Pokračovací výživa vyrobená z hydrolyzovaných bílkovin | 0,45 g/100 kJ (1,8 g/100 kcal) | 0,56 g/100 kJ (2,25 g/100 kcal) | U pokračovací kojenecké výživy vyrobené z hydrolyzovaných bílkovin s obsahem bílkovin v rozmezí mezi minimální hodnotou a 0,56 g/100 kJ (2,25 g/100 kcal) se vhodnost pokračující kojenecké výživy pro zvláštní výživu kojenců prokazuje prostřednictvím odpovídajících studií vypracovaných v souladu se všeobecně uznávanými odbornými pokyny ohledně podoby a způsobu vypracování takových studií a musí být v souladu s odpovídajícími specifikacemi uvedenými v příloze č. 14 k této vyhlášce.“. |
8. In Annex 3, the entry "L-arginine and arginine hydrochloride for infant formulae produced from hydrolysed proteins and follow-on formulae produced from hydrolysed proteins with a protein content of 0,45 g / 100 kJ (1,80 g / 100 kcal) - 0,56 g / 100 kJ (2,25 g / 100 kcal) 'is inserted at the beginning of Table 3" Amino-acids and other nitrogenous substances'.
9. The title of Annex No 14 shall read as follows:
"Specifications for the content, source and processing of protein used in the manufacture of infant formulae and follow-on formulae with a protein content of less than 0,56 g / 100 kJ (2,25 g / 100 kcal) produced from hydrolysed whey protein derived from cows' milk proteins'.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 31 March 2014.
