amending Act No. 193 / 1999 Coll., on citizenship of certain former Czechoslovak citizens, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Act No. 193 / 1999 Coll., on citizenship of certain former Czechoslovak citizens, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., the following Section 5a is inserted after Section 5:
The declarations provided for in Article 1, which were not made within the time limit set out in Article 5, may be re-made from 1 June 2005. '
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
