Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that, after giving its assent by the Parliament of the Czech Republic, the President of the Republic approved the withdrawal of the Czech Republic on 20 January 1995 from:
Convention on the Resolution of Civil Disputes arising from Economic and Scientific and Technological Cooperation in Arbitration, signed in Moscow on 26 May 1972, published under No 115 / 1974 Coll.
The withdrawal of the Czech Republic from the Convention was notified to the depositary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on 25 January 1995 and entered into force on 26 January 1996 on the basis of Article X of the Convention.
