DECLARATION
Minister of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 12 May 1970
on adapting the organisation of courts and state notaries to changes in the territory of the capital city of Prague
Minister of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic, pursuant to § 24 of Act No. 111 / 1967 Coll., on the Capital City of Prague:
(1) The organisation of the courts and notaries referred to in paragraph 2 shall be adapted on 1 July 1970 to the changes resulting from the extension of the territory of the capital city of Prague.
(2) The urban areas (cadastral territory) of the capital city of Prague are therefore incorporated on that date
a) Háje, Chodov, Kunratika, Libuš, Modřany and Comoros from the district court of Prague-west and state notaries of Prague-west to the district court of Prague-4 and state notaries of Prague-4;
b) Lahovice and Great Chuchle from the district court of Prague-west and state notaries of Prague-west to the district court of Prague-5 and state notaries of Prague-5;
(c) Beets, Nebusice, Lysolais and Suchdol from the district court district of Praha- west and state notaries of Praha- west to the district court district of Prague 6 and state notaries of Prague 6;
d) Lower Chabry and Devils from the district court district of Praha- east and state notaries of Praha- east to the district court district of Prague 8 and state notaries of Prague 8;
e) Letňany, Čakovice, Třeboradice, Miškovice, Kbels, Kyje and Hostavice from the district court of Prague-east and state notaries of Prague-east to the district court of Prague-9 and state notaries of Prague-9;
f) Upper Mecholupy, Lower Mecholupy, Petrovice and Štěrbohola from the district court district of Prague-east and state notaries Prague-east to the district court district of Prague-10 and state notaries for Prague-10.
Measures concerning the election of judges shall be implemented from the date of application of this Order, taking into account the arrangements set out in Section 1.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
