DECLARATION
Ministry of Health and Justice
of 14 June 1966
on measures against communicable diseases
The Ministry of Health and Justice shall, in agreement with the participating central authorities, provide for the implementation of Sections 5, 9, 70 (1), 71 (2) and 78 (1) and (3) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people, and § 195 of Criminal Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll.:
Diseases listed in Part I (A) (4), (5), (8), (16), (18), (21), (36), (39), (43), (46), (49) (a), (51), (53), (57), (59) to (64), (66), (67) and (72) of the Annex thereto shall be considered as contagious human diseases within the meaning of Sections 189 and 190 of the Criminal Act.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1966.
