on deadlines for the submission of project documentation for construction
The State Building Committee provides pursuant to Section 9 of Act No. 42 / 1959 Coll., on documentation of buildings:
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the buildings, investors shall submit to the general and, where appropriate, direct final suppliers (hereinafter referred to as "the supplier ') an approved procurement project or, where appropriate, a one-stage project, a stage procurement project or an implementing project, drawn up in accordance with construction documentation rules, within agreed deadlines.
(1) If this has not already been the case in the capacity contract, the investor shall agree with the supplier on the deadlines for the submission of the documentation, as a general rule, during its preparation.
(2) If the agreement referred to in paragraph 1 is not reached, with the exception referred to in paragraph 4, the following time limits shall apply to the submission of the dossier:
(a) the approved procurement or phase-in procurement project shall be submitted by the investor to the supplier;

For construction projects with investment costs according to the budget for the procurement project or, where applicable, the phase-in procurement project exceeding 15 million CZK, these deadlines shall be extended by one month;
(b) the approved one-stage project shall be submitted by the investor to the supplier two months before the beginning of the quarter in which the construction will start.
The supplier is entitled to require a delay of one month in starting the construction, if agreed with the other direct suppliers of the investor and if he also shortens by the same period of time the construction period under Decree No. 142 / 1959 Ú. l., on the standards of construction deadlines.
(3) A quarter agreed between the investor and the supplier shall be considered as the quarter in which the construction will start.
(4) Time limits for the submission of documentation for buildings whose investment costs, according to the budget, for the award project or for the phase-in procurement project for construction exceed 100 million CZK must always be agreed.
(5) The deadlines for the submission of the additions to the phase-out procurement project for the scope of the procurement project pursuant to point 70 of Decree No 152 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on documentation of buildings, are also laid down by agreement.
Where the time limits referred to in Article 2 (2) (a) and in the case of a single-stage project referred to in point (b) are not sufficient:
1. for the timely supply of technological equipment, even by means of capacity contracts, the procedure laid down in Section 10 (2) of Decree No 147 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on the supply of investment units or parts thereof shall be followed;
2. for the timely provision of products and subcontracting of works with a long ordering period in the case where the investor (customer) did not provide the supplier with supporting documents for their provision in the capacity contract, Article 22 of Decree No 231 / 1959 Ú. l, which issues the basic conditions for the supply of works, shall be followed.
Disputes concerning time limits between the investor and the supplier, with the exception of Paragraph 2 (2), shall be dealt with by their superior authorities.
Government Decree No. 261 / 1956 Ú. l., on the deadlines for the submission of project and budget documentation to suppliers of construction and assembly works, was repealed. *)
This decree shall take effect from 1 May 1960 and shall apply to the buildings or their stages, as the case may be, started after 31 December 1960.
