Government Regulation
of 21 September 1954
on the adjustment of national insurance premiums paid by consumption and production cooperatives and their cooperative associations.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 14 paragraph 1 of Act No. 2 / 1954 Coll., on the State Plan for the Development of the National Economy of the Czechoslovak Republic for 1954, and § 4 paragraph 2 and § 6 paragraph 3 of Act No. 102 / 1951 Coll., on the Rebuilding of National Insurance:
Consumption and production cooperatives and their cooperative associations shall pay national insurance premiums equal to 10% of the total of the assessment bases of all workers of the same cooperative or association.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1954; by the Prime Minister.
