reintegrating, amending or repealing certain components of the State Planning Office.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
The administration of the State Reserve, the Central Arbitration Commission, the Standardisation Office and the Office for Inventions and Improving Ideas and the Slovak Planning Office are excluded from the competence of the Planning Office.
(1) The Central Arbitration Commission establishes state arbitration for the government of the Czechoslovak Republic and the Slovak Arbitration Commission for State Arbitration for the College of Authors.
(2) The composition and scope of the State arbitration will be governed by specific provisions.
(1) The Office of Standardisation is attached to the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic as a central body of the State administration in the field of technical standardisation.
(2) The head of the standardization office is his chairman, represented by the Deputy Director. The President and his Deputy Director shall be appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic on a proposal from the Government.
(1) The Office of Inventions and Improving Ideas is established in the Government of the Republic of Czechoslovakia as the central body of the State Administration in the field of inventions.
(2) The head of the Inventions Office is its chairman, represented by the Deputy Director. The President and his Deputy Director shall be appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic on a proposal from the Government.
(1) The Institute for Technical and Economic Documentation at the Planning Office establishes the Institute for Technical and Economic Information.
(2) The Institute for Technical and Economic Information works according to the Statute established by the Secretary-General of the Planning Office.

(a) Institute for Economic and Social Research;
b) Workers' Planning School.
The tasks of the institutions referred to in Sections 1 to 5 shall be determined in more detail by the Government in the context of the amendments provided for in this Regulation.
This Regulation shall take effect on the day of its publication, in addition to the provisions of Paragraph 7 (b), which shall take effect on 1 July 1953; Regulation shall be implemented by the Prime Minister and the Minister-President of the Planning Office.
