GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 October 2025
amending Government Regulation No 9 / 2002 Coll., laying down technical requirements for noise emission products, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 34 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 526 / 2020 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 9 / 2002 Coll., laying down technical requirements for products with regard to noise emissions, as amended by Government Decree No. 342 / 2003 Coll., Government Decree No. 198 / 2006 Coll. and Government Decree No. 29 / 2025 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 8 (3) is deleted.
2. footnote 1 shall read:
"(1) Directive 2000 / 14 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 May 2000 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to noise emissions of equipment intended for outdoor use, as amended by Directive 2005 / 88 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024 / 1208 and Directive (EU) 2024 / 2839 of the European Parliament and of the Council."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 29 November 2025.
