ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 6 December 2021
on the amendment of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 1065 of 25 November 2021, by which the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and Article 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 (a) to (e) of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (c) and § 6 (1) (b) respectively.
Government with effect from 7 December 2021 at 00am
changes the period of effectiveness of the Government Resolution of 26 November 2021 No 1084, published under No 438 / 2021 Coll., by extending its effectiveness until 23: 59 pm until 20 December 2021.
