on pricing decisions
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (e) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Change of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued price decisions No 9 / 2008 of 18 November 2008 fixing prices for electricity and related services, No 10 / 2008 of 18 November 2008 fixing fixed prices for the distribution of electricity to low-voltage customers, No 11 / 2008 of 20 November 2008 on gas prices and No 12 / 2008 of 24 November 2008 amending price decisions No 7 / 2008 of 2 September 2008 on the price of thermal energy.
According to Section 17 (10) (b) of the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decisions in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 1 December 2008, amounting to 12. On that date, the price decisions became valid. Activities shall take place on 1 January 2009.
