of 26 November 2001
on the visa waiver for holders of diplomatic, official and travel passports of the United States of America
The Government orders pursuant to § 181 (a) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 140 / 2001 Coll.:
Holders of diplomatic, official and travel passports of the United States of America may enter the territory of the Czech Republic and temporarily reside without a visa for a maximum period of 90 days, unless the purpose of their stay is not to pursue a gainful activity.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2002.
