on changes in the competence of the institutions of the Czech Republic in social security
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech Socialist Republic bodies in social security, as amended by the Czech National Council Act No. 125 / 1990 Coll., amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the competence of the Czech Socialist Republic bodies in social security and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 210 / 1990 Coll., on changes in the competence of the Czech National Council in social security and amending Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of people's health, is amended as follows:
1. In paragraphs 1 and 8, the words "maternity allowance '," maternity allowance' and "maternity allowance 'are replaced by the words" parental allowance', "parental contribution 'and" parental contribution'.
2. Paragraph 15 (ch) is deleted; points (i) and (j) are renumbered (ch) and (i) respectively.
The scope of the social security authorities in the maternity allowance proceedings shall be governed by the legislation in force before the application of this law.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
