DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 69 / 2024 Coll., for the implementation of the Vehicle Liability Insurance Act
According to Article 45 (4) of Act No. 30 / 2024 Coll., the Ministry of Finance provides:
Decree No. 69 / 2024 Coll., for the implementation of the Vehicle Liability Insurance Act, is amended as follows:
Article 5 reads:
Amount of the daily contribution rate
(1) The daily rate of the allowance for the period without liability insurance shall be:
(a) 6 CZK, if a motorcycle with an engine cylinder capacity not exceeding 50 cm3,
b) 13 CZK, if a motorcycle with an engine cylinder capacity exceeding 50 cm3 and not exceeding 350 cm3,
(c) 26 CZK, if a motorcycle with an engine cylinder capacity exceeding 350 cm3 and not exceeding 500 cm3,
d) 32 CZK, if it is a motorcycle with an engine cylinder capacity exceeding 500 cm3,
e) 81 CZK, if it is a passenger car with an engine cylinder capacity not exceeding 1000 cm3,
f) 51 CZK, if it is a passenger car with an engine cylinder capacity exceeding 1000 cm3 and not exceeding 1 350 cm3,
g) 61 CZK, if it is a passenger car with an engine cylinder capacity exceeding 1 350 cm3 and not exceeding 1 850 cm3,
h) 83 CZK, if it is a passenger car with an engine cylinder capacity exceeding 1,850 cm3 and not exceeding 2,500 cm3,
i) 109 CZK, if it is a passenger car with an engine cylinder capacity exceeding 2,500 cm3,
j) 74 CZK, if it is a residential car,
k) 180 CZK, if it is an ambulance,
(l) CZK 209, if the maximum authorised mass does not exceed 5 000 kg,
m) 399 CZK, if it is a bus with the maximum authorised weight exceeding 5000 kg,
n) 107 Kč, if by trolleybus,
o) 120 CZK, if a truck other than that referred to in (r) with a maximum authorised mass not exceeding 3,500 kg,
(p) CZK 189, if it is a truck other than that referred to in (r) with a maximum authorised mass exceeding 3,500 kg and not exceeding 12000 kg,
q) CZK 493, if it is a truck other than that referred to in (r) with a maximum authorised mass exceeding 12000 kg,
r) 582 CZK, if it is a truck that is or is to be registered in the register of road vehicles as a trailer tractor or trailer tractor,
s) 23 Kč, if it is a tractor,
(t) 5 CZK, if a trailer with a maximum authorised mass not exceeding 750 kg,
(u) 12 CZK, if a trailer with a maximum authorised mass exceeding 750 kg and not exceeding 10 000 kg,
v) 83 CZK, if a trailer with a maximum authorised mass exceeding 10 000 kg,
(w) 20 CZK if the vehicle is different from (a) to (v).
(2) If the vehicle has only electric power, the daily contribution rate for the period without liability insurance
(a) 13 CZK, if a vehicle with a power not exceeding 30 kW,
b) 81 CZK, if a vehicle with a power output exceeding 30 kW and not exceeding 40 kW,
(c) 51 CZK, if a vehicle with a power exceeding 40 kW and not exceeding 55 kW,
(d) 61 CZK, if a vehicle with an output exceeding 55 kW and not exceeding 80 kW,
e) 83 CZK, if a vehicle with an output exceeding 80 kW and not exceeding 135 kW,
f) 109 CZK, if it is a vehicle with a power exceeding 135 kW.
(3) If it is a registered vehicle, the Office shall proceed to determine the type of vehicle for the purposes of the daily contribution rate for the period without liability insurance according to the vehicle data provided by the Ministry of Transport. ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
