DECLARATION
of 19 December 2023
amending Decree No 329 / 2019 Coll., on the prescription of medicinal products for the provision of health services, as amended
According to Section 114 (1) of Act No. 378 / 2007 Coll., on Medicines and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts (Act on Medicines), as amended by Act No. 456 / 2023 Coll., for the implementation of Section 80 (5) (f) of the Act on Medicines:
Decree No. 329 / 2019 Coll., on the prescription of medicinal products for the provision of health services, as amended by Decree No. 53 / 2020 Coll., Decree No. 522 / 2021 Coll. and Decree No. 421 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 5 (1) (c) (1), the words "for medicinal products marked with" limited availability "in accordance with Article 33b of the Law on Medicines" shall be inserted after the words "the treatment of addictive substances";
2. in Article 5 (3) (a):
"(a) identification of the medicinal product
1. the code assigned by the Institute under which the medicinal product is authorised or allocated to it;
2. the protected name under which the medicinal product was authorised (7), the pharmaceutical form, the strength and the packaging size; or
3. the international non-proprietary name of the active substance recommended by the World Health Organisation, indicating the required dosage form, strength and quantity of the required dosage form, '.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
