GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 December 2013
on the list of source and excipients and their annual quantitative limits
The government orders pursuant to § 53 paragraph 1 of Act No. 272 / 2013 Coll., on drug precursors:
The list of source and excipients and their annual quantitative limits are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
This Regulation was notified in accordance with Directive 98 / 34 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations and of rules on information society services, as amended.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
