THE LAW
of 10 December 2008
amending Act No. 182 / 2006 Coll., on bankruptcy and its methods of resolution (insolvency law), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Paragraph 101 (1) of Act 182 / 2006 Coll., on the bankruptcy and methods of its resolution (Insolvency Act), the sentence "If the insolvency application occurs to the insolvency court at a time when there are less than 2 hours left until the end of the insolvency court's official hours or on days of employment, the insolvency court shall publish that decree no later than 2 hours after the opening of the official hours of the next working day of the insolvency court '.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2009.
