DECLARATION
of 15 October 2002
amending Decree No 268 / 1999 Coll., determining, for the purposes of service formalities, who is considered to be an executive flyer and which service is a service of a special nature or a special degree of hazard, and the procedure for payment of service formalities
According to § 133 (2) and § 143 (11) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, the Ministry of Defence provides:
Decree No. 268 / 1999 Coll., establishing, for the purposes of service formalities, who is considered to be an executive flyer and which service is a service of a special nature or a special degree of hazard and the procedure for the payment of service charges shall be amended as follows:
1. in Article 1, the following point (g) is added:
"(g) on-board medical staff of the air rescue and search and rescue services.";
2. in Article 2, the following point (j) is inserted after point (i), including footnote (1a):
"(j) military police officer under special legislation, 1a)
1a) Act No. 124 / 1992 Coll., on Military Police, as amended by Act No. 39 / 1995 Coll. and Act No. 213 / 2000 Coll. '.
Point (j) shall be renumbered as point (k).
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
