supplementing Act No. 403 / 1990 Coll., to mitigate the consequences of certain property injustices
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 403 / 1990 Coll., on the mitigation of the consequences of certain property injustices, is added as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Section 4, the words "foreign States, organisations providing conditions for the activities of diplomatic and consular missions," shall be inserted after the words "except."
2. In Article 15 (2), the words "foreign States, the Czechoslovak State, where the right of management is exercised by organisations providing conditions for the activities of diplomatic and consular missions," shall be inserted after the words "property law."
This Act shall take effect on 1 November 1990.
