amending Decree No 348 / 2017 Coll., determining the remuneration of members of the Public Audit Oversight Presidium
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 50a of Act No. 93 / 2009 Coll., on Auditors and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Auditors), as amended by Act No. 299 / 2016 Coll., for the implementation of § 40a paragraph 1 of the Act on Auditors:
Decree No 348 / 2017 Coll., determining the remuneration of members of the Public Audit Oversight Presidium, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), "CZK 24 200 'is replaced by" CZK 27 420'.
2. In Paragraph 1 (2), the amount "33 900 CZK 'is replaced by" 38 410 CZK'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
