Čl. II

In Article 17 (7) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended by Act No. 403 / 2009 Coll., the words "fines imposed by the Financial Directorate, which is collected and enforced by the locally competent Financial Office, and 'shall be deleted.
