DECLARATION
of 9 November 2005
amending Decree No 571 / 2004 Coll., laying down coupons showing the payment of the fee for the use of the motorway and the express road, the way in which they are completed, the way in which they are marked by the term of validity of coupons with a term of validity of less than a calendar year and the way in which they are recorded
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 46 (3) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 571 / 2004 Coll., establishing coupons showing the payment of the fee for the use of motorways and express roads, the way in which they are completed, the way in which they are marked by the term of validity of coupons with a term of validity of less than a calendar year and the way in which they are recorded shall be amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (1) (c), the words "and the number 2" and the words "and the number 15" shall be deleted;
2. in Article 3 (3) (b), the words "and the number 2" and the words "and the number 15" shall be deleted;
3. Paragraph 4 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) They are used as basic background colours for coupons valid for:
(a) the calendar year of colour blue and brown;
(b) two months of purple and brown colour,
(c) 15 days of green and brown colour;
(d) one day of colour yellow and brown. ';
4. In Article 5 (2), the words "13 mm 'are replaced by the words" 7 mm' and the words "6 mm 'are replaced by the words" at the lower left of the coupon at the 7 mm'.
5. In Article 5 (3), "4 mm 'is replaced by" 3,5 mm';
6. In Article 5 (4), "above the inscription referred to in paragraph 3 'is replaced by" under the inscription referred to in paragraph 3 and the letter referred to in paragraph 5';
7. In Article 5 (5), the words "under the indication of the total mass of the vehicle 'are replaced by the words" above the indication indicating the year of validity', the words "18 mm 'are replaced by the words" 19 mm' and the third and fourth sentences are deleted.
8. In Paragraph 5 (7), the words "at the bottom 'are replaced by the words" at the top' and the words "7 mm 'are replaced by the words" 48 mm'.
9. In the second sentence of Article 5 (8), the words "on its central axis' are deleted.
10. in Article 6 (2), "3 mm" is replaced by "12 mm";
11. in Article 6 (3), "3 mm" is replaced by "2,3 mm" and "above the holographic element" is replaced by "below the holographic element."
12. in Article 6 (4), the words "on the left-hand side" shall be replaced by the words "on the right-hand side," "5 mm" shall be replaced by "4 mm" and the words "4 mm" shall be replaced by "3,5 mm."
13. in Paragraph 6 (5), the words "on the right-hand side of the coupon above the pictogram referred to in paragraph 1 and is 12 mm high" shall be replaced by "on the left-hand side of the coupon above the holographic item referred to in paragraph 6 and 9 mm high."
14. in Paragraph 6 (6), the word 'middle' is replaced by 'lower left';

Model coupons showing the payment of the fee for using the motorway and the express road
1. Coupons valid for the calendar year for the vehicle
(a) up to a total weight of 3,5 tonnes
(b) weighing not more than 3,5 tonnes but less than 12 tonnes
(c) weighing more than 12 tonnes in total
2. Coupons valid for two months for the vehicle
(a) up to a total weight of 3,5 tonnes
(b) weighing not more than 3,5 tonnes but less than 12 tonnes
(c) weighing more than 12 tonnes in total
3. Coupons valid for 15 days for the vehicle
(a) up to a total weight of 3,5 tonnes
(b) weighing not more than 3,5 tonnes but less than 12 tonnes
(c) weighing more than 12 tonnes in total
4. Coupon valid for one day for a vehicle of a total weight of more than 12 tonnes.
Transitional provision
The validity of coupons of model 2005 issued under existing legislation shall be without prejudice to coupons for one day until 31 December 2005, for 15 days until 14 January 2006, for two months until 28 February 2006 and for the calendar year until 31 January 2006.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2005.
