GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 September 2025
on the list of psychomodulators
The Government orders pursuant to § 44c (3) (a) to implement § 33k (6) of Act No. 167 / 1998 Coll., on addictive substances and amending certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 321 / 2024 Coll.:
Subject matter
This Regulation establishes the list of psychomodulators set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Notification of technical regulation
This Regulation was notified in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015 / 1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 September 2015 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations and of rules on information society services.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
