The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to Article 137 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 133 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 249 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2016 Coll., and Act No. 199 / 2017 Coll., for implementation of § 104 (5), § 105 (4) and § 122b Road Traffic Act:
Amendment of the driving licence and register
Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 31 / 2001 Coll., on driving licences and on the register of drivers, as amended by Decree No. 154 / 2003 Coll., Decree No. 177 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 27 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 243 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 1 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 9 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 43 / 2015 Coll. and Decree No. 75 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (4), the words "8th municipality of the usual residence of the holder of a driving licence in the territory of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as" municipality of residence ')' are deleted.
2. Annex 1, including the title, reads:

3. Annex 2, including the title, reads:
"Annex No 2 to Decree No 31 / 2001 Coll.
Model international driving licence issued by the Czech Republic
"
Transitional provision
Driving licences on forms in accordance with the model set out in Annex No 1 to Decree No 31 / 2001 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, may be issued until the stocks of the form are exhausted, but until 31 December 2018 at the latest.
Amendment to Decree No. 43 / 2015 Coll., amending Decree No. 31 / 2001 Coll., on driving licences and on register of drivers, as amended
Decree No. 43 / 2015 Coll., amending Decree No. 31 / 2001 Coll., on driving licences and on the register of drivers, as amended, is amended as follows:
1. in Article I, point 9 is deleted;
2. In Article II, the words "with the exception of Article I (9), which shall take effect on 1 January 2018 'are deleted.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2018, with the exception of Articles I (3) and III, which shall take effect on 1 January 2018.
