amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the authentication of signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 441 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, in the part "South Bohemian Region," point (c), the words "Lipno nad Vltavou," and the words "Loučovice," are inserted after the words "Mirkovice,"
2. In Annex 1, in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (d), the words" Old Hobzí' shall be inserted after the word "Slavonice, '.
3. In Annex No 1, in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (h), the word", Zdar' is deleted.
4. In Annex No 1, in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (b), the word" Šebetov' is inserted after the word "Svitávka '.
5. In Annex 1, in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (e), the word" Dražovice' is inserted after the word "Bučovice '.
6. In Annex 1, in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (s), the word" Lysovice' is inserted after the word "Lulec, ', the word" Olšany' is inserted after the word "Orlovice ', the word" Radslavice' is inserted after the word "Green Hora '.
7. In Annex 1, in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (t), the words" Upper Břekkov' shall be inserted after the word "Hodonice '.
8. In Annex 1, in the part "Králové hradec kraj ', point (c), the word" Borovice' is inserted after the word "Borovník, 'and the word" Kocbera' is inserted after the word "Kohoutov, '.

15. in Annex No 1, in the part "Olomouc Region," point (m), the word "Kolshov," shall be inserted after the word "Stone,";
16. In Annex No 1, in the part "Pardubice Region ', point (d), the word" Priestess' shall be inserted after the word "Klesice '.
17. In Annex No 1, in the part "Pardubice Region ', point (i), the word" Sharps' shall be inserted after the word "Opatovice nad Labem '.
18. In Annex No 1, in the part "Pardubice Region," point (k), the words "Kladruby nad Labem," shall be inserted after the word "Lipoltice," the words "Mokroun," and the words "Valy," shall be inserted after the word "Vyšerovice,."
19. In Annex No 1, in the part "Plzeň kraj," point (b), the words "Czech Kubice, Parts," shall be inserted after the word "Drahotín," and the words "Vlkanov" shall be inserted after the word "Departure."
20. In Annex No 1, in the part "Plzeň kraj ', point (h), the word" Street' shall be inserted after the word "Actor '.
21. in Annex No 1, in the part "Plzeň kraj," point (j), the word "Oplot," shall be inserted after the word "Znedice,";

24.
