DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 266 / 1999 Coll., on the method of providing free meals, equipment and transport equipment and on the accommodation of professional soldiers
The Ministry of Defence provides pursuant to § 93 of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 129 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No. 266 / 1999 Coll., on the method of providing free meals, equipment and transport equipment and on the accommodation of professional soldiers is amended as follows:
1. In the introductory sentence, the words "Paragraph 61 (5) (a) 'are deleted.
2. Paragraph 26, including the title, shall be deleted;
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
