DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 10 December 2001
on the model form for the submission of the annual financial report by political parties and political movements to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 18 (3) of Act No. 424 / 1991 Coll., on association in political parties and political movements, as amended by Act No. 296 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 322 / 1996 Coll. and Act No. 340 / 2000 Coll.:
(1) The annual financial report is submitted by the political party and the political movement to the Chamber of Deputies on the prescribed form with annexes.
(2) The model form is set out in the Annex to this order.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
